New Beers On Tap!!!!

Is St. Louis the best beer town in the country? Maybe not yet, but by this summer we will be able to be involved in the conversation. Between 2010 and now we have added Six-Row, Urban Chestnut, 2nd Shift Brewing Co. and Cathedral Square to the mix and this summer will welcome Civil Life Brewing Co. and Perennial Artisan Ales to the local scene. Here at the Brewhouse, we believe in supporting local brewers and are proud to feature several new local beers to our line-up. In addition to the ever-popular Schlafly Summer Lager, we have added their Raspberry-Hefeweizen and Bavarian-Style Weissbier (from their new "Brewer's Choice" seasonal series). Additionally, we have added "Whale" from Six-Row, a confusing combination of a wheat beer and pale ale that somehow works. Also added is Cathedral Square's Belgian IPA, Crown Valley Brewing Company's "Big Bison Ale" and Urban Chestnut's "Winged Nut". Finally, though not local, we have added Stone Brewing Company's "Ruination" Imperial IPA - a hop-monster not for the faint of heart! Stay tuned for new additions to be announced soon - CHEERS!

New Beers!

We have added four new local drafts to our line-up, featuring two new Schlafly seasonals - Saison Farmhouse Ale and Oktoberfest, as well as Crown Valley Worktruck Wheat (Hefeweizen) from Crown Valley Brewery in Ste. Genevieve, MO and our new favorite, O'Fallon Brewery's Hemp Hop Rye.

Drink Local!

We have added two new local beers on tap: O'Fallon Wheach and Augusta Blonde. O'Fallon Wheach is a wheat beer brewed with peaches - made with White Wheat and Glacier Hops, the beer is a perfect crisp refreshing beer for the summer. Augusta Blonde is a Kolsch-style Ale, similar in style to a Pilsner, though with a little more assertive hop flavor. With these two additions, we are excited to offer 8 local beers on tap from AB, Schlafly, O'Fallon, Augusta and Cathedral Square.

We are excited to announce that Brewhouse was named "Best New Sports Bar" on the Alive Magazine's 2010 Hot List! Here is an excerpt: "These bartenders have put so much thought into their beer list it’d be a shame to order something expected. Leave A-B products to the kitchen (for basting, braising and battering) and sip something new while you watch the game."
